• Storage: Place all bottles in the freezer as soon as they arrive.

• Daily Thawing: Thaw six bottles in the refrigerator the night before you plan to drink them. This ensures you have six ready-to-drink juices for the next day. Thaw one cleanse day at a time and consume within 24 hours.
• Morning Routine: Start your morning with lemon water to stimulate digestion.
• Juice Consumption: Drink the six different juices daily, spaced about two hours apart. If you can’t finish all six in one day, save the remaining juice as a snack for the next day.
• Snacking: If you feel extremely hungry, you may have plant-based snacks like fruits, vegetables, salads, and nuts.
